The room was small but very cosy and opens to a terrace with a large table and comfortable chairs. The house is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden with nicely trimmed trees and bushes (fig, pomegranate etc.). Our hostess, Elena was really kind, attentive and always available. Very welcoming from first contact to departure. We wanted a stop-over night and all worked smoothly. Automated check-in and a very Nice room with seating area and amenities. All well cleaned. We could make tea and Coffee in the morning before heading for the train station. A 20-30 min walk from airport and to train station. The road had some sections of sidewalk missing and close to traffic so not recommended for elderly, children or if travelling with heavy luggage..

The most charming and helpful host I have ever met. The hotel is also charming and unique - located in the historical place. Rooms are comfortable and have their own style.
You should try the wines produced by the family - they are so good and you can buy them.
The breakfast was also tasty and had not-sweet and sweet options.
The parking is safe and comfortable, in the yard of the villa.

Always enjoy real scrambled egg at breakfast over the recent trend to egg powder, so this is a plus and it shows they care for their guests' comfort. The hotel is in a very quiet, park-like location, just a short walk from the city center along historic villas of the Fincantieri managers. There's free parking around the area, and from one of the side streets you could enter also the hotel parking. Beds were comfortable and reception area was very welcoming.
