we spent two nights at Casale degli Ulivi and found it memorable.Leonardo and Pina made us very welcome .The facilities are modern and spacious , set in a rural environment amongst their Olive grove. Leonardo is a very good chef and we enjoyed both evening meals here of regional cuisine.The two of them make a great team. We were travelling by train to Ciro and Pina met us to return three kms to the Casale.Ciro is an important wine region in Calabria there is much to see and visit local Cantinas.We highly recommend a stay at this establishment.

This is mainly an excellent local restaurant with 4 rooms. The rooms are simple but comfortable and functional. My room had an amazing terrace overlooking the panorama and the sea. The restaurant serves homemade delicious food, though traditional it can be said to have a twist and is delicious. Very reasonable prices. Good selection of wines. The owners are very welcoming and attentive to guest comfort. They are a great source of advice for those who wish to buy local wines.

The room was big enough and pretty clean with a big shower and big king bed. The owner was very nice and explained everything for our staying. There was a complete breakfast. I'd go back again.
