Beach is very close to apartment. Apartment is clean, has air-condictioning in each rooms.
There are all facilities you need. Manuela was in touch all the time with us. She recommened us places worth to see.
The Place could be a good base for seeing the southern Puglia. I warmly recommend this place. 😀
Great villa. Very modern and fully equipped. The pool was great and so we hardly needed to leave the villa all week.
It's a very short walk to restaurants and bars at the beach and only a little further to local shops.
This place is wonderful. The apartment is cosy and well equipped. But what we liked the most was lovely patio and wonderful garden, providing some deep deep shadow and heat relief. The host very nice and helpful. The village is pretty nice, calm and quiet with very few restaurants, so I would recommend to have a car. We traveled with one year old baby and we cannot imagine better combination of closeness to the see and almost private green garden. Definitely worth recommending. And better than in the pictures!
We enjoyed so much our stay of this beautiful villa. It was everything we desired or needed: great hospitality accommodating needs of our family, great spacious rooms, plenty of towels, blankets, sheets, kitchen tools. Home away from home. Perfect location, 7 min from the beach, close by a small shop/bakery, and restaurants. Kids spend a lot of time in garden around the property. It is beautiful and well looked after.
The welcome was informative with easy communication. The villa is on the corner of the crossroad. The bedrooms' spacious and the ground's beautiful. The WiFi was excellent and the bathroom great. The balcony was a relaxing place to enjoy the peace (and cicadas). The electricity allowance is adequate for most families' needs.
Interaction with Richard was faultless from just after time of booking until check out date.
Villa condition,amenities and location were spot on. Had a fantastic time. Definitely use again and highly recomend
