I have literally never stayed in hotel so well run. Luca, the manager, is a star — he goes out his way to plan every little detail and moment of your stay, from the feast-like breakfast to the preparation of the room. The place is a perfect blend of high-end hotel pampering and local homestay feeling. The location is great too, 5 minutes walk from the historic centre yet private and quiet. Great value for money and overall one of the best experiences I had in 40 years of travelling.

The hostess Debora was so friendly and welcoming, gave us lots of information. She even supplies tea ,coffee machine, water machine, sweet snacks milk and breakfast things.

Lovely, quirky and clean. On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by Maria who give me lots of local information. The property was tastefully renovated and quite unique. The breakfast was included in the price and very enjoyable. Maria and Nadia couldn’t do enough to ensure a pleasant stay.

Great location on a quiet street just off main shopping street and round the corner from the Campo Antitheatro. Warm welcome. Beautifully decorated, cosy room. One of the nicest and most charming I’ve ever stayed in. Coffee machine and fridge with mini bar facilities. Large monsoon shower. Two comfy armchairs to relax in. A very relaxing place to stay - perfect base for exploring Lucca. I would thoroughly recommend.
Palazzo Tucci is situated on the first floor of the 17th century palace located in the centre of Lucca. It offers free internet in public areas and free public parking.

The facility generally was amazing. The double room was dark and not laid out ideally for us. This being said - the staff was fantastic, helpful and the vibe of the palazzo made all guests feel special.
Perfectly located, quiet after hours and just a spacious relaxing elegant environment to return to after exploring beautiful Lucca and other Tuscan gems.
We received assistance in securing a reservation for a Michelin recommended restaurant - very appreciated!
