The location is ok with free parking nearby, and only some minutes walking to the restaurants and shops, some minutes driving to the beaches. The apartment is spacious, and offers almost the minimum necessary for an OK stay. Easy check-in/check-out.
We got the right type of coffee capsules for the coffee machine after we asked the owner, but he did not want to help us with the other problems in the apartment.

I understand why it’s a 5* star hotel. It’s so close to the beach and the service you receive upon arrival is beyond professional and kind. You get taken on a golf cart to your room which I wasn’t expecting. The hotel is huge, it’s like its own mini village. You have the option of 3 different restaurants. It was a beautiful stay.
The apartment is super cozy and well equipped for cooking. The balconies all have a great view where you can enjoy the sunset in all its beauty! It’s silent and well located, you can walk to a bunch of great beaches and there’s a village with restaurants and shops reachable in 5 minutes of driving. No issues with parking. The host has been super helpful and responsive. This is a great base to explore this part of Sardinia.
It was close the beach and right in the center of the village. There was a separate bedroom and a balcony in the back. And matrasses and parasols for the beach available! Washing machine was nice also.
Air conditioners in both rooms allowed to relax from the summer heat. Good location. It is close to the beach and the center of the village. Shops and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity. There was enough cutlery, plates, etc.
Lovely house with great view! It’s very cozy and clean. The owner is a very hospitable person, he gave us a lot of useful detailed recommendations about Sardinia. Not far from the villa (15-minute drive) - an excellent long beach. Those who want privacy - it’s nice choice! So I highly recommend this apartment! We hope come back one day to this wonderful place!:)
The property was in very good condition with good quality accessories appliances and furniture. The aircons where an absolute saver as it was very hot all the time. Although there were other people in the village, it was very quiet and not crowded.
The owner was very friendly and helpful. The Paduledda apartment was nice and new, spacious (2 adults +2 yo) and clean. It had garden and a magnicifent view of the village below and the sea.
The location of the apartment is unbeatable. Amazingly large terrace (apartment for 6 people) and the view from the terrace to the sea is amazing. A short distance from the beach, supermarkets, convenience stores, and many restaurants around the apartment. We fell in love with this little village.
The lady of the house is very nice and willing to help with everything immediately.
