The lodging is somewhat Spartan but this is in line with the Masseria concept. I fell in love with his little mutt named Nili, his blue/gray Vietnamese pigs, the chickens and the goose (geese).
Located in a very out of the way location. BTW, i reccomend that you go to Ginosa for dinner. It is wild to see the whole town out at night walking 🚶♀️ talking and generally quite pleased with themselves ... and why not??
I am glad we made the effort to stay here and then to go to Matera. Another gem.

It’s an entire apartment with two rooms, a kitchen, a large bathroom and a third room on the upper floor/mansarde. Veey well equipped, the bed is comfortable, the whole apartment was very clean and it’s recently renovated. Our hosts welcomed us with some focaccia as we arrived quite late - a small gesture but it was very nice of them.

A very good place to relax in Puglia. Unforgettable days in a place that exceeded our expectations and comments from other guests.
Stunning location, it was the most peaceful and relaxed atmosphere. Staff was really friendly, so was the sweet dog Rita :-) we really enjoyed the mandarin room and the early morning and late evening swims with fantastic view. Also dinner in the restaurant on property was lovely. Breakfast was perfect. The ride to Villa Rita was beautiful, quiet roads full of nature, olive trees and vineyards. Thank you ❤️
Beautiful accomodation and facilities set in lovely grounds with a great pool. Location perfect for nearby villages, like Matera, and beaches. Room and bathroom very big and comfortable and nicely decorated. Restaurant was excellent, really creative cuisine and surprisingly filling. Staff were superb, Giuseppe on Reception and Tiziana at breakfast so helpful. Special mention to Rita the dog, who was incredibly friendly and hospitable, she even gave us a guided tour of the grounds :). Highly recommend this place.
