Casa Andrea is a great new apartment! We were the first guests ever. Thank you, Romina! Casa Andrea has a unique and fantastic location. It has a beautiful view over Lago di Como and it can be reached very easily. Parking in front of the door! The apartment is very clean and modern. The furniture is great, beds are super. Bathroom is beautiful and fully equiped (inclusing a washing machine!). Kitchen is complete, including a very good new induction hob. It is a luxury kitchen with refrigerator (and a big freezer compartment), microwave, separate (modern) oven, and dishwasher. All kitchen equipment is available. Casa Andrea has a beautiful balcony, where you can enjoy breakfast in the morning sun. During the day you can also decide to sit in the shade on the side of the apartment.

Christian is the perfect host. He is very friendly and uncomplicated. The place is full of thoughtful detail showing that Christian has devoted much passion to renovating the ex-chicken coop. I loved the local and eco touches he has added to the place. It's quiet and the bed is comfortable. He gave us many useful tips for beaches, restaurants and hikes. The view was breathtaking. A freezer would have been great to make ice cubes for an apérol spritz to enjoy the Italian evenings ;)

The hosting family very kind and helpful. The house itself is incredible! Well planned, functional and decorated up to smallest things. Fully equipped kitchen, terrace with lake view, comfortable beds. Road to the village is steep but it's common to the area and definitely worth it! Village is quite and romantic.
