Very nice accommodation with a great, well-kept garden with wonderful plants and trees. The house with the apartments has an ideal location, you are within a few steps directly at the lake. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome. The apartment is very clean & nicely furnished. Everything was great, we would love to come back!

The host, Paolo, is terrific. Very knowledgeable,friendly & invested in his guests enjoying the area. Room was well appointed with heirloom furniture & AC. Breakfast had something for everyone. Including the best coffee we had during our 3 week trip. Central location & highly walkable.

Just amazing, excellent location within beautiful Cannobio. A hidden gem, very private, secluded with parking which was a great bonus. Accommodation was very modern, clean and was tastefully finished. Staff couldn’t be more friendly and helpful. Classy accommodation, great pool and can’t wait to return.

Very friendly owner, warm welcome. You can easily park the car. It’s a beautiful villa with an even more beautiful garden. The breakfast is great! The location is ~30 minutes walking distance to Lago Maggiore, but there is a nice walking path or you can take the car.

For stays of 7 nights or more, a prepayment deposit via bank transfer is required to secure your reservation. The property will contact you after you book to provide any bank transfer instructions.

A very nice villa with a magnificent garden, very elegantly furnished. Riccardo is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast is very good and more rich than typical Italian breakfasts. You can have breakfast in the sumptuous living room or outside next to the garden.

Great staff, great location. Outdoors pétanque area, with playing balls freely available. If you're into birds, the owner / caretaker (?) has got lots around, is passionate about them, and will be more than happy to talk about it (in either Italian, or French). Nice breakfast buffet included (dairy free milk and vegan croissants can be provided instead of standard ones if the request is made in advance). If you've got a tent, you can pitch it in the garden / yard.

Three blokes, no dog, long weekend. The early check-in at 9am, the spacious and spotless property with the exectional view over the town, the parking lot next to the property, the kitchen ready to cook, were just some of the many benefits here. Excellent communication with the host Franziska. But the one thing that really made our day was the location. Walk but a few minutes and you have a great variety of bars, restaurants, shops etc. more or less at your doorstep. All in all this trip was most memorable. Fantastic place. Great host. Nothing could have been better.
