Patricia and Toni are amazing hosts. You can tell them genuinely care about their guests, nothing was ever too much for them and they would always look to help us out. The rooms are clean and modern with very comfortable beds. Most importantly the location is just amazing with beautiful views all around. I will definitely be returning.

The property is located in a quiet Tuscany village. Surrounded by a beautiful garden and the olive groves and vineyard lanscapes around. So nice and relaxing place, that we could spend whole evenings (or days) without the need for TV or other modern-day temptations.
The owners are wonderful, friendly and helpful people. Silvio has answered any question we asked and even more. Do not miss a chance to try or buy an olive oil produced by the owners.
An appartment is spacious and equipped with everything what is necessary to stay a few days.
The garden provides a plenty of interesting findings and observations for kids. For example, try to chase a bird (a hoopoe?) living in a hedge bushes.
In the same time it is only about 15 minutes by car from Certaldo, which is an interesting town to visit with its medieval old city part.
And even your car would be satisfied, because the owners prepared a roofing so a vehicle does not heat up during sunny days.
Personally, I could stay not only a few days but also an entire holiday in such place.

A charming, historic, lovely accommodation in Certaldo! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The house is so tastefully decorated with a number of sitting areas inside and out. Our bed was very comfortable with lots of pillows and cozy blankets. There were beautiful white plush towels in the washroom. The breakfast was delicious and the view was stunning. We highly recommend staying here!

The property is immaculate and everything exceeds expectation.
The views over the Tuscan landscape are breathtaking. The village is friendly too. There are several flights of stairs, but the height of the apartment is what offers up the best views and experience. We don’t want to leave.

Had the most amazing time at Villa Tre Colli. The house was fully stocked with everything you need for an extended stay. Vittoria was an exceptional host, even organising a traditional home cooked Tuscan dinner for all 14 of us. Views of the Tuscan vineyards were amazing, our group particularly loved spending time by the beautiful pool. Easy access and close to local wineries and towns.
Everything. The Villa is in a stunning location and having a pool is an essential for us so we were very pleased. The facilities are excellent. All the rooms are spacious and en suite. There is a lovely kitchen with everything you could need. The local wine is so good! The owners are so lovely and friendly with great recommendations. We have a wonderful week here surrounded by breathtaking Tuscan scenery.. .

The villa is beautiful the photographs donot do it or its location justice. It is well kitted out for large groups of people but cosy for just a few. Vittoria was charming and so helpful. The hill towns are in easy reach by car.
The hotel has a fantastic location as part of a walled village at the top of a hill. The views from our room and from the patio where we had dinner and breakfast had exceptional views. Dinner at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. Our room was large, quiet and thoroughly modern. Staff was friendly and the manager was helpful and informative.
