Alessio was extremely kind and helpful. The apartment has enough space for lounging on the couch or enjoying breakfast outside on the terasse. The parking lot right outside the house was perfect as well.

This is a splendid property with an amazing outlook on Arezzo. We had dinner every night and although the menu is not diverse, the food is very good. Naym was our waiter and he deserves 10+ stars, amazing service. The Romanian lady who takes care of the breakfast is very nice and took care of everything everyday.

This was my first stop in Tuscany, sorta random. WOWOW. I was impressed with the tour the host provided of the facility and my room. She also gave me directions to a restaurant in the city plus suggested a hillside drive for photos the following morning which turned out to be spectacular. This is a one of a kind property with a family history which is worth the visit. I also want to say thanks to the host for all her assistance and information... she made my stay very enjoyable. A sorry I had to leave so early in the morning!!!! On the river, short walk to the city. Just great.

The owner, Jermania, was wonderful to us. She was sympathetic to our needs and super helpful. The room was large, airy, and spotless. Breakfast was good, and our host's husband drove us to the station. The location was also excellent. We would stay again without hesitation.

This is a lovely B&B and deserves its high ranking. You are made to feel very welcome and it does feel you are staying in a friend's house. The location is brilliant for exploring the wonderful city of Arezzo. The city is a gem and full of beautiful art-your hostess is very knowledgeable and can advise on what to see. There are great things to see with far fewer tourists that in many other cities in the Region. Don't miss this one! It's full of good food and good wine -take the advice from the host as to where to eat.
It's also a great place to stroll. We spent a sunny afternoon in the park behind the cathedral reading our books and enjoying watching everyone going about their lives. There was a very good cafe there. It felt a bit like a moment from Perfect Day song. We dropped in for coffee, pastries and a large glass of wine at Le Golosita-so welcoming and tasty.
You can visit local villages on the bus as well. We went to the home city of Piero della Francesca as some of his best work in the civic museum there as well as the church of St Francis in Arezzo.
We had a wonderful time here and could have stayed longer that our four nights.
