The Junior Suite, located in the Medieval Castle, was impressive. It had natural lighting and a small outdoor garden. The castle is very quiet and a few steps away from the spa and massage area. Staff is very helpful, polite and professional and did their best to change room types.

Borgo della Marmotta is housed in an ancient hamlet settled in the beautiful countryside facing the Spoleto Valley. All accommodation has air conditioning, internet access, minibar, and satellite TV.

The building and location were fantastic and a lot of thought and attention to detail have gone into both the room and shared spaces which were gorgeous. We also ate dinner in the restaurant and this was delicious using lots of local produce (just be aware the restaurant is not open every night). The property is around 5 mins from a main road so easy to get access to some of the main sites in the area, but still very peaceful.

Location is good, short drive from restaurants and the city. The house/room was spacious and comfortable, also very clean. Owners are friendly and nice, they prepared a really generous breakfast spread for us.

What a perfect spot to stay on our pilgrimage! We arrived just before a thunderstorm arrived, we were warmly welcomed! Our host helped us get some food from the local store - Madame Rosa! - and we had access to the kitchen to prepare something, Nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast was amazing - eggs from the chickens that were running around outside, and anything we didn't eat wrapped up beautifully for our next day walking. We didn't speak many words of the same language but we had a great time communicating!

Apartment in a quiet neighborhood on the outskirts of Spoleto. A spacious two-story premises with a garden. A large living room on the ground floor and a couple of rooms on the first floor. Two bathrooms in total. Large and well-equipped kitchen. Parking space right next to the house. A friendly and helpful host. Place certainly worth recommending. I was alone, but the place would be enough for several people.

Set in a 19th-century building in the Umbria countryside, Casale del Monsignore is surrounded by a private equipped garden with free BBQ facilities.

We booked a separate cottage within the property. It was fantastic. We had our own little house plus the garden to ourselves. The kitchen had everything we needed. Plus in our garden, we had outdoor furniture to use it. There were plenty of towels to use. We stayed for eight nights and our linen was changed free of charge after the 4th night. The pool was super clean and there was an amazing view from the pool. ki There are many of outdoor furniture around the pool. Parking is inside the property and there is a gate for security. The road to the gate is a little steep but there was no problem to go slowly and reach the gate just in time to be fully opened. Everything worked perfectly. There is a separate cooling/heating in the bedroom and in the kitchen/living. The owners were always checking if there was anything else we needed. Daniele and his Parents are super hosts. The property is located in a beautiful spot in Umbria between the towns which we love to visit. There is easy access to local roads to visit every town, yet quiet and peaceful if you wish to just stay at the property. There is an affordable breakfast with local sweets, cheeses, cold meats, yogurt, great coffee ect. There is something extra in our cottage which is rather unusual in Italy. Our kitchen had a kettle. So all of us, tea lovers, can have tea whenever we want.

Very friendly and helpful owners. Pellegrini friendly. Good breakfast, could essentially have whatever you desired. Owners even drove us to a restaurant and arranged for the restaurant to drive us back to the B&B. Highly recommend.
