Very clean and comfortable room. The air conditioner and television were both in working order. A mini fridge in the room to keep my drinks cold. Calangute beach is a 5 minute walk by the back road. All the shopping is also a 5 minute walk in the opposite direction. Staff were excellent, especially Rosie and Ajit.

Beautiful hotel grounds : the hotel is an ancient Jesuit monastery. it's a small paradise! Rooms were beautiful, super clean and well maintained. the swimming pool is amazing, and very well maintained. Communication before the trip was very good via whatsapp with the owners. The property manager, Catherine, speaks a perfect English and helped us arrange our trip, thank you so much! she knows very good addresses for lunch and dinner. The taxi driver they work with, Yogesh, is reliable. Location is great, a 5mn walking distance from the main restaurant and 10mn from candolim street. Beach is a 10mn walk.
