Mr Jeevan was very proactive in his services. He always obliged to requests. The place is a hidden gem. It's ambience was peaceful and we had a great time at the place. The food was excellent, homely and delicious .

Lovely family run guesthouse. Very clean and spacious room. Lots of sockets which was handy. Not too far to walk to beach and restaurants. Lovely indian home cooked food for breakfast and dinner. Organised a taxi for me which was better value than at the taxi stand.

The lady who received us was super nice, friendly and efficient. Unfortunately we were there during temple festival and extremely loud music was being played day and night. She immediately took care of it for us and the music stopped. Bed comfortable and AC worked well. Fan too. Clean facilities.

The location is really good, behind the lighthouse on the light house road, 5 min walk to two beaches. Extremely close to the beach and decent restaurants and Kovalam beach yet nicely tucked away from the touristy lanes and traffic of Kovalam beach.
The rooms were neat and well maintained and looked after by Mr. Babu who was extremely pro-active, attentive, responsible and responsive, courteous and helpful with any information/assistance we required.

Location is really awesome with lot of greenery. Had a short conversation with owner of the property, excited to know it is a heritage village he bought and developed. all rooms are built 200 years back.

This place is an absolute must if you want to be away from it all and want reasonable priced excellent Ayurvedic treatments. Manager is wonderful and arranges airport pickups, Tuk Tuk rides and anything else you may require. Located next to a lake with good walking routes. Local village surroundings, but a 10 minute Tuk Tuk drive to beaches. I will go back
The isolation and tranquillity of this holiday home is exceptional, booked it on the back of tremendous ratings and we were not disappointed.
The staff were wonderful, the accommodation is a genuine 3***, breakfast, whilst simple was adequately good, and the pool a welcome relief at times.
The owner, our host was so obliging and helpful, we will return!
