There is no other place like Khajuraho Rancho. You will feel like visiting own family. Hosts provide care and help on every step of your stay. Contact with them before arrival was perfect. Room was very comfortable and nicely furnished. Meals were tasty and various. Localisation is perfect - short walk to temples but quite aside, really quiet and peaceful.

Quazi and his wife are excellent hosts. They made a tasty breakfast of fried eggs, toast and tea each morning, and Quazi was very kind and helpful, making sure I had the best time in Khajuraho! He took me to Raneh Waterfall on his motorbike, and the price I paid was very reasonable. He also suggested many other temples around town to visit. Quazi is trustworthy and someone you can trust. Great host farman and nice family to stay at. They give me breakfast every morning and showed me the ins and outs of village life. I met the friends of the family who gave me a great tour throughout the town. The room is clean and spacious. The go to spot in khajuraho!

Best things of this guesthouse are the nice sitout and roof terrace, but most of all is the perfect position, away from the horribly spoiled main roads of Khajurāho and instead at one side of the quiet and genuine village of Khajurāho. When you go to the temples, take a walk through the nice and coloured streets of the village, where locals will greet you with a smile instead of assaulting you trying to sell you something or imploring to visit their shops (where, by the way, be sure to pay not more than 40% of the starting price!).

Abbas is a great host who will help you with everything you could ask for during your stay. The dorm was very spacious and the place is only a 10 minute walk from the Western group of temples. Khajuraho is a great place to visit if you want to get out of the cities for a bit and has plenty of nice routes you can take to enjoy the nature and fields. I would definitely recommend staying at Holiday Home Stay.
