I loved the property and the room was very spacious and clean, there is a huge balcony right outside and the view plus the fresh air is amazing. The bathroom is way bigger than the usual ones.I didn't cook but the kitchen was upto the mark. Kushal is a lovely host and he was always available on the phone and adhered to my needs. Highly recommend this property to everyone. No less than a five star property

I would like to give 0 rating but its not possible. I tried fabhotel for first time for a stay of 2 days and most disappointing and disgusting experience. Firstly they booked at hotel kings palace fully paid. On reaching, rooms not available. Like wow. Been asked to go to nearest hotel blue ocean which was not even upto the price what i paid. Not even properly lit rooms for someone to study. Been asked to stay for a day and checkout and go to a different hotel giriraj grand. The dates incorrectly marked by customer care so the hotel denied room. Wow again!! Wonderful experience when you have exams for 2 conservative days. What else someone would expect? Customer care waiting time- 15-20 mins cherry on the top. Never using it again ever. Didn’t get any stay for day 2 and had been asked to go to hotel no. 4 which i denied and asked for refund. No refund no customer care to check why didn’t i checkin or anything to resolve my problem. Would suggest to avoid fabhotel at any cost
