Great place, the apartment was large consist of two-rooms, which had everything you needed. Beautiful and cozy design. Separate kitchen. It's a pity that I only spent one night, I wish to stay longer. Loving and caring owners, gave all the necessary instructions and advice for spending time in Gwalior. Highly recommend this place!

My husband and I loved our stay at this beautiful heritage property. Centrally located and easy to find, it made for the best base from which to explore Gwalior city and the surrounding historic towns. The lobby area is like a beautifully decorated sitting room, with a lovely swing, old family photos, and some priceless heirloom artefacts and furniture. Our spacious room was gorgeous, with antique furniture (a dressing table, a rolltop table, and many others) set in alcoves, a wide and very comfy bed with premium quality bed linen, chairs, and carpets generously placed everywhere. A very well done toilet and bathroom, plenty of plug points, a split AC for summer, a brand-new heater when we felt cold, made sure it had all the modern amenities even while being heritage. The staff is simply amazing. Manager Mohan was always available, reaching out to us even before we arrived, arranging all our sightseeing, giving great recommendations. Parmanand looked after our every request, while Indutai made the most scrumptious breakfast daily, from kachoris, jalebis, to exquisite parathas, to pancakes and omelettes. The lovely Lalita Phalke, who owns the boutique hotel, met us a few times and we felt like we were at the home of a friend. When I fell sick, she made me feel better by feeding me delicious piping hot khichdi.

Excellent hospitality and warm service mind from lovely staffs (2 brothers, 1uncle and his wife who made such a wonderful home meal cook for our breakfast, lunch and dinner) Highly recommend to stay and our room was super private with outdoor table and large rooftop with garden.

Facilities were way beyond my imagination...The team has really worked upon problems highlighted to them..The house was neat and clean..New Bath Fittings...Bedsheets were clean...Kitchen was superb...The host was flexible in helping out to us...Cozy and comfortable stay Bhavya is a great host...I was invited to a party that Bhavya was hosting for his friends...i felt soo comfortable as if we were old friends just chilling, discussing our stories... The stay is really made comfortable and homely by the owner of the Homestay. The house lady takes extra and special care to make it a pleasant experience. The breakfast given by the house lady is home cooked, delicious and filling. The rooms, the bedlinens and the wash rooms are well kept and clean. The homestay is located away from the din of city and is situated on a small highland overlooking a ridge area. It makes the pace peaceful and serene.
