Bloom villa exceeded my expectations. The environment was really pleasant, has great amenities, the rooms were clean, very comfortable and the staff were amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel .

We were shocked,at the last moment,the booking was cancelled.
Very unprofessional of Bookings.com and Boginvilla.

Later the owner called n said,he will shift us AT THE SAME COST,to his property 20 Km away he promised us free dinner,which was later denied.
The property we went to was far away(Boginvilla resort),but,the rooms we got were not ready,WE HAD 2 ROOMS,FOR 3 OF US.
Later,there was no hot water,AC didnt work .
Else everything was good.
