The honestay was quite clean and well decorated. You can spend a hassle free stay for 2 nights at a cheap price. The caretaker (a woman) was much hospitable and she won't bother you at all with frequent visits. However, if you want, she will give you her best service. There are total 4 rooms. The upper floor has two rooms with open balcony but the view from the balcony won't let you see the hills or Mt. Kanchenjunga. The Homestay is connected with wifi.

Location was so far from Center. Also not to feasible to move anytime bcz this area looks a village. Vehicle not available that area. Hotel owner mentioned the distance was wrong.

The resort is well located amidst the tea plantation, with views of the mountains beyond. Villages are nestled within the plantation and you are free to walk anywhere around the estate. The food, cooked to order by the lovely kitchen staff, is just absolutely delicious. The electric blankets were a godsend during winter too.
Darjelling view homestay is far away from Darjeeling and the roads are extremely in a very poor condition. The above sentence shouldn't deter you from booking this place as it would give you the perfect view of kanchenjenga and the location is beautiful surrounded by a monastery, beautiful village,pets,flowers and it's just like a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of Darjelling.

There are two nice little huts in an idyllic, rural environment and the host family takes great care of the guests. If you wish, they offer tasty meals for lunch and diner also, including vegetables from the garden. We much enjoyed our stay and the warm welcome of the family. Beware that the access road to this little village is rather rough, so transport needs some organisation ahead.
The property was close to the Mall Road at a walkable distance . It was clean and cosy! This time it was a very short stay but we will definitively choose to stay at Villa Everest next time as well!
