It is located in a village .roads are also not well maintained. No lift in the facility .disappointing .it should jot be given 3 star rating it is not even one star
The place is a boutique hotel occupying a part of the host’s villa in a very peaceful and lovely neighborhood of the city. It was clean and well maintained.

We loved our stay at New Chandigarh Holiday Home! Suraj and his staff are lovely and extremely helpful. Suraj replied to our messages within minutes and organised a driver to pick us up from the station and take us to wherever we wanted to go. He also gave us great recommendations on what to do and where to eat. The room was basic but had everything you needed and it was very clean. His staff is very sweet.
Third class hotel. I reached at 1 am. There was no reception. I called 10-15 times. Nobody picked up my phone. Nobody was there. Just a staircase and rooms. No security. No reception. Nothing. In village. Nearby jungle and very unsafe. Infront all stray cows, dogs and animals and very bad locality. Sketchy people roaming in night. Finally, I left the place and booked another hotel at a different place around 2 am. Very bad experience.
We entered in the holiday home around 11 pm, but all the required staffs were present there, they arranged our dinner. The kitchen is superb and price also reasonable.
