We liked the warm welcome from Jim and Carol. The high standards of stone building impressed us. The spacious bedroom with attached dressing room was amazing and made this property so reasonably priced. Everywhere was quiet and so spotless. Carol has great taste in decor . Her personality and Jim's were so genuine and sincere. Of course, as garden lovers , we were amazed with this one with all its mysterious paths.

Julie is a wonderful host. Very friendly and an exceptional chef. The choice for breakfast was superb and everything was delicious, including homemade brown scones and blackberry jam. The rooms are decorated beautifully and the location couldn't be better. Lovely garden and views across the water. Our only disappointment was that we weren't able to stay for longer! We look forward to returning. Would highly recommend 😀
