Great location for the early morning ferry back to the UK . Very large rooms , excellent beds , very comfortable and clean. Great buns to go with your early morning coffee, thanks John nice touch. Excellent pub nearby for evening meal and service station with good fuel prices . Supersaver is also nearby.

Everything was wonderful. The property is beautiful and in a gorgeous setting. The owners are so welcoming. We were dropped at the local pub for dinner by Paul and then dropped back by staff at the pub. Breakfast was the best we’ve ever had so don’t miss it. When our taxi didn’t arrive the next morning Paul offered to take us into Wexford to catch our bus to Dublin. Being an animal lover I enjoyed seeing the free range chickens, the donkeys Ronnie and Vinnie and the puppy Daisy. A fabulous stay, thank you

My husband and I stayed here with our son and daughter-in-law and their three children in August. All of the adults and children loved the house which was comfortable, very clean and well equipped for cooking family meals - essential when travelling with children.
There are two bathrooms with showers which worked and reduced pressure in the morning and after days at the beach.
The house is a short walking distance from Londis and approximately 1 mile / 1.6 km from the beach, Kelly's Hotel deli, restaurants and bar, Centra shop, pharmacy, Chinese and Thai takeaway, ice-cream and coffee shops. It's a quiet neighbourhood without a lot of nighttime noise and felt safe. There is adequate off street parking space for two cars alongside the house.
Bridget, the owner is friendly and approachable. When we got stuck on how to use appliances which are different from our own she responded very promptly to messages.
If returning to Rosslare I would stay here again and recommend this property to family and friends.

Everything was fantastic, our host could not have been more accommodating, she let us in early and allowed us to stay beyond normal checkout time. The house is fabulous, very spacious, super clean, Everything we could possibly need to have a great holiday was provided. Tons of clean towels, stacks of pots and pans and kitchen utensils, three showers, beds very cosy. The estate is lovely, loads of holiday cottages, about a 15 min walk to the town and a great shop only 5 mins away. We had a fabulous holiday!
Location was good right next to the main road leading into the village, the room was clean, receptionist was very friendly and overall it's really good value for money
A lovely welcome. The room was a very pleasant surprise - a large bedroom with a dressing room and large shower room. Very quiet and close to Ferry Port. If time allows highly recommend visiting Johnstown Castle for its beautiful gardens, and a tour of the House as only 20 minutes away. We drove to Sharkeys for a Fish and Chip Supper in Rosslare Village the day of our arrival.
