The space was perfect. We stayed here for my Dad's 70th and loved how comfortable the entire place was, we instantly felt relaxed as if we were at home. A generous and tasty welcome pack was left by the owners and was a treat for our arrival. The hot tub was ready whenever we decided to jump in and it was just so lovely looking out at the beautiful lawn and listening to the birds sing. We'll be back! Thanks Tom and Muireann.

Jeremy (who had called me back to answer my phone queries from abroad) helped us find the location despite our late arrival, and took care we had enough tea, coffee, OJ and home-made soda bread. We had an iron and ironing board on the landing to look after the shirt creases, and a thousand little antiques and objects all over that make the house truly unique. A very pleasant stay.

It is located in a very pretty village near Nenagh and is convenient to the town and the Motorways. The B&B was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The double bed (room 1) was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept in and the place was spotless. En-suite shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to using QR code provided. I’ll look to stay there again if I’m in the area.

Was a good location, small village with pub and park within a minutes walk away. The mini estate was next door to the marina so was great to watch everyone on their boats etc. The house was clean and had all basics for staying. And all the rooms were decent sized. Would definitely return.
