What an amazing Gem! Our hosts were absolutely brilliant. We made a very late last-minute booking, and she accommodated us - following up throughout our journey and stay to ensure all our needs were met.
The glamping tent had everything one needs and more! It was beautifully decorated, cozy, and comfy. The breakfast room was absolutely fantastic. Every care was given in providing the weary traveller with nourishment and comfort. The location is brilliant - wish we had more time to explore but we will definitely be back. the house is gorgeous, the area is so beautiful, and the views are lovely. The host is very helpful. Near enough to sizeable towns for shopping and restaurants as well as the very lovely villages near by and some great pubs.
It is located in a very pretty village near Nenagh and is convenient to the town and the Motorways. The B&B was very well maintained and the owner was very helpful and friendly. The double bed (room 1) was one of the most comfortable that I’ve slept in and the place was spotless. En-suite shower was good with plenty of hot water. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. WiFi worked well and was easy to connect to using QR code provided. I’ll look to stay there again if I’m in the area.
Was a good location, small village with pub and park within
a minutes walk away. The mini estate was next door to the marina so was great to watch everyone on their boats etc.
The house was clean and had all basics for staying. And all the rooms were decent sized.
Would definitely return.

Wonderful hosts and a flawlessly maintained B&B - I can't fault the place at all! Breakfasts were plentiful, hearty and served excellently. Located in a quiet village, the nearby pub was also lovely and a it's very easy drive into the nearby town of Nenagh. Thank you Mary & William.
Fantastic breakfasts in the homely cafe, which is a great hub for the village.
Later in the day more substantial fayre for lunch and snacks, cakes and puddings for afternoon tea after a day of activities or just enjoying the lake side setting.
