Our stay was wonderful! The owners were very nice and the room was perfect-bed comfortable and bathroom was updated. Breakfast was very good-the porridge was so tasty. Easy to access right off the main road and plenty of parking. We would definitely recommend to anyone who is planning a stay in Kilkee!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We had an amazing stay! The place was really clean, cozy and had everything we needed. It was a short walk to the city center with restaurants to dine in. Valeria was super friendly and welcoming. Also breakfast was delicious and freshly made for us. We had yogurt, fresh fruits, eggs, bacon and looots of coffee :) we totally recommend the place! Thank you :)

The glamping pods wer beautiful. We wanted somewhere quiet out of the cities and towns for a night for a night of rest, peace and quiet. The pods had everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom facilities were exceptional and everything was well maintained. Our host was so welcoming, although we did not need to, we felt we could go to them if we had any issues. Kilkee was only a short drive away to go and get some supplies for dinner.

I loved everything at Blakes. The comfy bed, the USB charging possibilities, the tea corner, the amazing shower and the decorations. As someone else said, the perfect balance between modern amenities and history. There is a fantastic restaurant 1 minute walking distance away; a pub with fantastic Guiness and a coffee place. and let’s not forget the post office and the classical music they are playing. It is also a great starting point for discovering everything that Loop Head has to offer. I felt like coming home as soon as I crossed the border to the village. But the difference to all other great locations, are Lucy and James, the owners. They are incredibly thoughtful, going the extra mile and absolutely lovely people. If I am in the area, this is definitely the place I will stay again. I highly recommend.
