It was clean, well maintained. The showers were hot and had good water pressure. The room was warm and comfortable. The view was super, the apartment was large. It had all the facilities of a normal apartment. we loved it. The price was appropriate.

The renter was great and went above and beyond. Two of my family members came late on a different day and he came again to let my family in to drop off their bags. He also let us drop off our bags before checking time so we could enjoy the city with out dragging our luggage. He also explained us were to eat, get the bus, get bus passes. He was not in a rush to explain everything or any questions we had.

On a positive note, my bathroom was very clean. The laundry facilities worked well. Someone from the front desk (not the host; it was not her job/responsibility) showed me how to get to my room and use my key card to access different parts of the building.

We arrived at Kilowen late on a Friday evening following a 30 plus hour trip from Australia. We were promptly greeted by the hosts Gordon and Margaret who quickly got us settled. We were hungry and it was raining and Gordon kindly drove us to a local pub where we enjoyed a great meal. Gordon and Margaret are salt of the earth people who went out of their way to ensure that our stay was hassle free and enjoyable and were both a minefield of valuable information. I can certainly recommend staying here.
