We loved the very pretty, close to, but out of town location. The hosts have this down. Breakfast was wonderful. My egg allergy was accommodated without hesitation and beyond my expectations! The two family dogs were such a treat!

I recommend to everyone. Lovely host, tidy room, beautiful view and house, wonderful breakfast. Nice, silent. We came here by car. Good point to visit places around. We had a short walk each morning, half minute getting the sea. We loved being here so much.

This was honestly one of the most peaceful, cleanest places I have ever stayed at. It was so fresh and inviting. Hillary is an exceptional host who was very welcoming and friendly. The attention to detail really didn't go unnoticed. I really appreciated the milk and snacks that were available for me as well. Thank You I will certainly be back. P.S The View is Amazing :)

We spent a most memorable week at Cottage by the Sea. The cottage, garden and views are just lovely and our dog, Maggie, loved exploring the secure garden. We met John next door who was absolutely lovely and very helpful. The cottage is the perfect location from which to explore West Cork - a week just wasn’t long enough!!
