My room was betting expectations, I loved the decor and attention to detail such as the radio being on when I arrived and the clean, fresh smell. Anne's B&B was beutiifull . View on a clear day was beutifull Anne is a lovley chatty lady (like my self ) The kitchenette was lovley we had all we needed and we looked after our own beakfast. The fridge was shared .this was quiet different and at the same time pleasent as my wife had allergies so we could bring what we needed.and in the evenings make a nice cuppa.. AMY and DAVID were fabulous hosts. The cabin in the woods was delightful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Their knowledge of the area and it's history really brought our stay to life. David's love of the poet WB Yeats was inspiring. Amy proved to be a talented artist and songwriter. We were invited to join them and some other talented and friendly musicians for an informal music night in the Moran pub in Dromahair. This turned into a fantastic night. Everybody contributed to the entertainment in their own way. Two nights just wasn't long enough. I can thoroughly recommend staying at "Innisfreedom."

The cottage is on a beautiful sleepy lane . Fabulous views and overlooked by Ben Bulbin Mountain. The real fire in the kitchen was so cosy and warm. Christina out host was great.

Lovely rural countryside with total silence at night. Just a few minutes drive back to the main roads to Sligo and the attractions of the area. We loved the authentic character of this Irish country cottage rather than staying in just another bland new built home. It had character and history. The owner Mary had put many thoughtful little touches throughout the home to make your stay more enjoyable. She’s a pleasure to deal with. We’ll be back.
