Short walk to gorgeous bay/ beach, surrounded by beautiful gardens and forest and staying in a over 100 year old mansion- away from the hustle of Sligo makes for a great stay. Only sorry we didn’t stay longer

Beautiful location. The cottage had everything we needed for a visit of a few days. We hadn't been to this part of Ireland before, and we fell in love with the area.

The welcome from John couldnt have been better. Very friendly and knew the local area so well. The house was immaculate, cosy and enough space for 2 adults 2 kids. The addition of the goodies and a boiled kettle on arrival just sums up Irish hospitality. Garden so well kept with private path down to the beach. 15 min drive to Bundoran/Sligo. Benbulben Forest Park walk close by perfect for long walks and bike rides. There was a shed to store the bikes.
Carney (Near Ballyconnell)

The breakfast was excellent. Maureen the host was so lovely and friendly and helpful. The room was impeccably clean and everything you need. The information pack in the room was brilliant, full of all the info you need for the surrounding area.
