We went to Pondok Bali Volcano to hike the Mount Batur, we booked with the hotel and it was amazing. Perfect location (our room had view on the volcan), the staff is very kind and friendly and the restaurant is very good with really fair price.

Hosts were very accomodating and helped book us on a sunrise hike of mount batur. They made us breakfast and drove us around to get dinner and find an ATM. The villa itself was clean and had relatively fast WiFi. Beautiful plot with great views.
The views are unmatched. The moment you walk up to the small pondok village, you take in the beauty of not only the views but the location itself. The staff was incredibly helpful and quick to assist with anything I needed. The food at their warung was delicious and it is great to know that you have access to the pool as well!!!
This place is magical. I am a solo traveler, but I can absolutely see this being perfect for a romantic getaway for a couple.

Pool with natural hot spring was such a bless after sunrise trekking to Batur volcano.
The terrace is spacious with 3 big chairs, but can't sit too long coz of too many flies.
The villa was modern and clean. Perfect for a two night stay next to Mount Batur. The outside bath was a lovely bonus and the staff were excellent. Also, only a 5 minute drive to the hot springs.
Very new villa, pool and surrounding areas still been built - will be a good complex when they have finished it all maybe in a few years!

Breathtaking view, amazing staffs, pretty and well-made villa. Location is bit isolated, if you are a mountain person or planning to escape, it’s gonna be a perfect choice. The villa is in mountain you may won’t find hotel grade facilities, but the host Eric, the man with gem hearted, he is willing to help you with anything. You have nothing to worry here. I had wonderful experience here for my first visiting in Bali. God bless them.
