Best views we have had in Asia. Fantastic place if you want to go camping but don’t have any of the gear! This was the comfiest mattress and duvet we have had during our whole trip! The staff here are so helpful. They kindly lit our fire for us in the evening, cooked dinner, made coffee and beautiful breakfast overlooking the most stunning views of Mt Batur. Toilets were impeccably clean - so much cleaner than some indoor places we have stayed! Lovely warm shower. Highly recommend as a break from hostels and hotels - absolutely great experience!

The hotel was shabby, black mould in bathroom ceiling, the plumbing leaked in the bathroom, hotel informed us that they did not provide clean towels or room cleaning even for a 3 night stay. advertised but no on site restaurant - potholes and rocky path with no lighting to go to the main street, where minimal food was available and not tasty food. In all felt like a hotel and a town that was depressed and uncared for

The accomodation is really close to the start of the Mount Batur track. Like really close 100m. This was great for our walk as there was no pickup required. They also organized our guide for the trek who was awesome, limited English but was very friendly and tried his best. He took heaps of photos and videos of us on the trek.
The host was very helpful and friendly. They drove us to a dinner location, dropped us to an ATM.
The accommodation was great value for money and the room was clean, tidy. The whole place was very quiet and tranquil.

The place is a great starting point for trekking up mount Batur. The guide arranged by the very helpful and nice hosts picks you up at the location at 3:30, no car is needed, you just start walking from there. We only booked at 7pm directly at the accommodation and it was no problem! Also highly recommend the guide that was provided, we were given the option of a different way down where we didn’t have to tag along with the hundreds of other tourists!
After the trek you can jump into the warm pool and have a simple but good breakfast. The hosts are super friendly and helpful.
The accommodation is clean and the beds are comfortable, the rooms are very basic but functional. Bathrooms could use a little update but everything worked.

Excellent very good…, i had family experienced when i staying in this villa. The owner Greeted us like special guest, it was very well, kind. Room was clean and tidy with the perfect wellcome drink setted in the room.
It was perfect villa with the natural spring hot water pool, close to hike track, owner was so kind B’fast was so delicious with interested pancake, and room so clean and tidy.
The villas was beautiful and clean, close to the mountain and lake, the owner was helpful and kind. They give us welcome drinks and included breakfast for two people that was great.. i have tried hiking with jip started at 3/4am it was awesome… and i go to another destination like uluwatu, ubud, and kuta areas with the tour or transport from the manik tirta cabin’s villa. 5 stars for you✨

It’s so nice to enjoy hot springs in cold weather and to watch the sunrise over the mountain from.
There’s a cafe and 3 convenience stores as well as some local warungs just outside the property which made it the perfect location.
All around the area in Kintamani has flies, but it didn’t feel as much at Lava Bali Villa

The room is simple yet very cozy and clean. The staff is really nice. The hot spring was warm. We would love to come back again when there's a trail event. There's a pantry, dispenser, stove, and dining area we can use freely for cooking since there's no restaurant or food delivery around the villa.
I liked the speedy check-in and check-out process. I also enjoyed the heated outdoor pool very much which even a 5-star hotel may not have. The bedroom for 3 people is like a small villa which greatly exceed my expectation.
