The ladies who run the in are wonderful, almost motherly in their helpfulness in advising me about attractions & food options & arranging for my Bromo tour & night bus to Bali. I loved the area Araya with its cool atmosphere & great restaurants. A little far from the center but easy with Grab or Gojek. Would definitely stay there again!

Perfect place to stay; the only disadvantage was that one has to share the toilets and showers with the other guests, which in our case was problematic. But the staff dealt with it perfectly!

The place feels secluded as our room was on level 1. Staff was friendly and very helpful. There was a long cushion bench outside of our room which I frequent.

The staff were very friendly. They even contacted me via WhatsApp to communicate about our stay/extension. The location was perfect. They cleaned the room daily and changed fresh new towels and refilled mineral water bottles daily without even having us to ask them. They were very efficient. The entire stay was perfect.

But the kindness and helpfulness of the owners is a warm bath. They really do anything to comfort you, even at night. We missed Bromotaxi but got a new one immediately by the owners. I would recommend to arrange the tour by them.
The rooms are big and really oke, surely considered the price. Everyday you"ll have clean sheets and towels and they clean your room.Yes there's a lot of work to do in modernising but this isn't a resort . Its basic but certainly oke.
