Fantastic value for money. Picturesque and serene location. Clean and very comfortable homestay. The locals are so friendly. Adi was the perfect host, looked after us very well, and cooks delicious food. His nephew, Eddie, is a knowledgeable guide and owns the Tereng wilis bungalows up the road that has great food at his warung. There are a lot of mosques in the area, and the muezzins start early, but we got used to them very quickly.

We had an amazing stay at Tereng Wilis jungle inn. Herman was the most wonderful host and made us feel so welcome. We were offered tea upon arrival and welcomed into the family. We were cooked for every night and given breakfast in the morning too. We had lovely chats with the family in the evenings and felt like part of their family! They took us to the local school as we are both teachers, and we taught English to the children. It was a truly wonderful experience that we will never forget! Herman also took us to the weaving village which was great. We will miss the family so much and couldn’t have asked for a better stay! Would highly recommend staying here if you want an authentic, local homestay experience.

the location was in the middle on the ricefields, amazing view! The staff was great and helpful with us, they remember every day the choice of our breakfast and meal, we appreciate! And we have a guide for one day tour, Zul, amazing day, he show us the attractions without tourists, we eat on a stunning place but just with local so great experience!
