Very neat and clean, close to main attractions and well connected by public transport. Staff were very kind and helpful, I asked to come earlier because of a luggage problem and they let me check in much before the official hour. The bathroom welcome kit was perfect, all the necessary items included, a shower cap and courtesy slippers, too. The bed was comfortable, and the hotel was silent. They kindly offered to prepare take away breakfast on my last day. The open tea room on the ground floor is very cute and always accessible, a great plus!

We have enjoyed stay in a very nice villa situated in a quiet zone, but in a walking distance to the center, spas, etc... We like the atmosphere of the place. We had a great room with a balcony and it was fantastic.
We definitely recommend C22 Apartman for short term holidays in Budapest. The location is very good, 15 min. ride from the center. The apartment is cozy and clean. Additionally, the communication with Ádám, the host, was very good, he is very kind. Lastly, we'd like to thank you for everything! 🙂
Very cool place right in the centre of Budapest, at one of the main squares. I felt like visiting a friend, it’s not a sterile holiday rental, but a place of a real local. It might feel a bit dated, but to me 100% in a good way. I loved the building too, the impressive entrance and corridors clad in marble are wonderful. Peter, the owner, is a cool guy, who was flexible with check in and check out. Thanks a lot for letting me stay here!

Had the most amazing time at this Villa - Location just a short Uber away from all the great sights of Budapest. Big shout out to Peter the Host who made sure we were well looked after from start to finish with some great recommendation's / Instructions on how to access the Villa.

I asked if they had provided an iron and iron board, but they said no. Eventually on the day of the stay we saw they did provide iron and iron board for us. aircond is a +1 for summer. Since the bed is upstairs, you can also sleep on the sofa bed downstairs. Metro, tram and bus can be found nearby. Aldi and rossmann are within the area. Instructions to the apartment were clear, with pictures provided. Overall the apartment is okay for a short term of stay.
The apartment is of a nice size & the location is very good as you can walk to almost all sightseeing hotspots.
The property can easily become a perfect holiday home after some basic reparations have been carried out.
The empty shopping boxes of luxury brands do not improove the state of the apartmemt at all!
I had to collect the keys from a hotel close by which was fine by me.
The apartment has been furnished & decorated very tastefullly, however there is a big lack of maintenance...
