Fantastic location for Plitvice Lakes - only a short walk from Entrance 1. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Restaurant meals are excellent and good value. Room was a good size and spotlessly clean.

House Flora is in a great village location which is very convenient for visiting Plitvice Lakes National Park via entrance 1 without a car. My room at House Flora was spacious, comfortable, tastefully furnished and spotlessly clean.

The location is absolutely great - at a walking distance (20 min) from Entrance 1. The house is nice and the owner Ivana is a very helpful, friendly and practical person. In August the tickets to Plitvice NP sell out fast. Due to some technical problem we were not able to buy tickets online, so Ivana, who works in the park, bought tickets for us. She also arranged a nice surprise for my friend's birthday, for which we were very grateful
House Nada can be found easily following directions provided by booking.com. In Rastovača houses are numbered (House Nada is No 28), and you will see a sign by the road with "House Nada" on it. Ivana lives on the ground floor, but is also always available in WhatsApp where she is quick to respond.
Our rooms were nice, AC's worked well, showers were hot and the beds were good. There were kettles in rooms with instant coffee and tea packs, and a fridge in the corridor.
The house does not provide breakfast, but has an agreement with a kind neighbour who can offer a rich and delicious buffet breakfast with omelette and sausages, home baked pastries and fruits from their own garden.

Beautiful apartment and building, spotlessly clean, all facilities working, comfortable sofa bed, apartment had everything needed, free parking and 2 mins by car to Plitvice lakes.
Special mention that Sandra was a lovely and warm host, and also very responsive quickly to any questions we had.

Strongly recommended. The room was pretty big, it had a small seating area even and a small fridge. It was immaculately clean.

The location is amazing, very near entrance 1. So even when you come by bus is it very doable.
It is really spacious and even has two bathrooms, both with a shower and a toilet.
They were really helpful when we needed to get some groceries, since we didn't have a car and the supermarket was in a village nearby.
The location is near to Plitvice. But walkable with bags is a little difficult though.
However, Taxis are at the Plitvice Bus stop for a little money.
It is a nice beautiful villa and its surroundings. The host is always reachable and kind.
Super kind host Ivana, who arranged for park pick up, drop + breakfast in the village. It was a very wholesome relaxed stay close to park entrance 1 .. 20 min walk through the beautiful village. Highly recommend if you are looking to get away from busy life. The house and surroundings are beautiful in the middle of nature.

Beatiful, update, clean and situated in a quiet and peaceful village, 2-minute driving distance from the entrance to Plitvice lakes national park. Welcoming hosts snd super easy checkin for folks who arrive late. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.
The property is a beautiful house owned by the host named after their kids. It is an absolutely clean house to stay, beautifully white in color in the midst of the Rastovaca village. Close proximity to Gate 1 of the Plitvice lakes, 15 mins walk. With luggage you might need a car. The host was extremely kind to both pick and drop us from Gate 1 where us bus dropped us. Lovely breakfast options at 11euros each. Nothing else is evasive in that area except for 1 restaurant
Super cozy house with apartments and rooms. We stayed in an apartment on ground floor. The location is excellent for those planning 1 day or 2 day tickets to the Plitvice park. Is a 300 meter walking to the entrance. Was super quite, in the middle of the nature wit nice view around the house and the small village. Also the owner, Sandra was really nice! We recommend this location sincerely to anyone looking for a relaxed stay at Plitvice. Will definitely pick the same location next time.
