The place is modern and tidy. Each room has air conditioning. Good TV in master bedroom and lounge. The house had all necessary kitchen appliances. The host was very helpful and was prompt in responding our enquiries. The house is in a residential area, so the place was very quiet. We managed to get few grocery items from a dairy (pulpería) close by.

The villa was a perfect place to be with family. It was spacious and comfortable. The Villa was two floors and every part of the Villa was absolutely immaculate.
The staff were friendly and quick to reply to WhatsApp messages when we needed help. The villa is spacious. The bedding and towels are clean and soft. Comfy bed. Good stocked kitchen. Aircon in the bedrooms.
The Villa was well kept and very clean. It was supplied with all of the basic necessities, including a few coffee packets for the morning and a fresh 5 gallon bottle of drinking water. Value was good.
The staff was wonderful. Private and secure parking for my rental. Not far from my usual hotel but is a private apartment experience. Very close to city center and the ocean. I will also stay with family or friends but a Villas del Mar is a more comfortable private option. So... go grocery shopping and enjoy your stay.
The host DANA was great...she was very considerate of all my needs at Villas del Mar. The space was very spacious....I travelled alone but the 2 bedroom apartment very easily could accomomadate an entire family. Also for an entire 2 bedroom apartment unit the value and price is excellent and affordable. And the location is centralized.....There is even a fullservice WALMART just a 3 minute drive closeby !
The villas de mar is close to the main beach in la ceiba, the staff is really friendly andis a perfect place to stay in la ceiba to wait for the ferry for the islands the day after.
Marvellous hospitality always, yet another relaxing no stress stay, pet friendly - loved the resident chewowa puppy that kept my puppy company, not to mention the lovely papaya coconut and fragrant herbs growing in the garden outside our villa. We feel at home here...
I had the best night’s sleep in years! Villa de Soledad is such a beautiful property and John and Soledad made us feel like home. Food was delicious! We will definitely come back.
