We loved everything!!! The places is super clean, the kitchen has everything you need. The terrace with the views stunning. The patio with all the places you can chill and lots of shade areas. The beach is super clean. There is almost no neighbours so you feel like you are alone.

One of the greatest places we’ve been. Great interior, picturesque view of the see and Diasporos island, yummy breakfast, helpful and friendly staff, a for about 10-15 min car drive there are awesome beaches and restaurants. Hotel has own small private beach. From 5 pm to 1 am moonlight bar is open, offering cocktails and pizza. In Voirvoirou you can rent small boat to sail across Eagenian see. Definitely recommend the place.

We had a great experience at the property. Perfect for families with kids and not only. Great location, close to everything, restaurants and shops just a few meters away, direct access to the private beach, helpful and friendly staff, clean rooms equipped with everything needed, daily cleaning service, delicious food and a lovely pool surrounded by hammocks to spend the nights by. We are planning to visit again in two years.

Very nice host, we felt like home. :) She helped us with everything we needed, including recommendations on where to eat or where to buy olive oil (great quality). Clean rooms, great sea view, parking, cute garden. The small bathroom didn’t bother us, we had a big bed and big balcony. We explored the whole peninsula on our holiday so the location of the property was perfect.
We had a great experience, totally recommend if you are explorers like us.

Maria Village is great for families as is close to the beach ( 1 minute walk) and the shop is just accros the street.
Lovely lady in reception, helping with all the questions. Hotel is located within 20 minutes walk to beautiful Karidi beach. If you looking for some relaxing time I'd recommend this hotel.

The location of the villa was exactly what we wanted, far from the crowd. The room exceeded our expectations. The location is close to wonderful beaches (Vourvourou, Karidy, Latoura, Lagonisi max 10 minute by car). Eva was close to our needs. Wonderful taverns or stores can be found 10 minutes by car from the location. If you choose the option of accommodation with breakfast, you will not have a varied breakfast, but you will eat the wonderful jams made by Eva, the traditional Greek yogurt or the giant olives.
We were 4 adults and 5 children and stayed for 10 days at the villa. It was a lovely stay. The amazing view is simply stunning, especially with the early morning coffee. There is a small, beatiful beach just in front of the villa, which feels like a private one. Fava beach is around 5 min walking. Generally the location of the villa is excellent, in very quiet place and at the same time with easy acces to the main road (to Nikiti or Sarti).

All studios and apartments have a huge terrace or courtyard on the ground floor, from which you can enjoy views of the sea, the island of Diasporos and Karidi Beach. A perfect location for Villa Thealos to visit the amazing beaches of Sithonia. The hosts are great, they are available to you at any time. See you again!

- The private yard of your villa makes you feel like you are in your backyard, lots of places to sunbathe or grill you if want ( there is a professional gas grill in each of the villas )
