The villa was lovely, set in beautiful gardens with stunning views over the sea.
It was spotlessly clean with clean bedding and towels throughout the week.
The host Babis was very helpful and friendly, helping with places to eat and ordering taxis, he made us feel very welcome.
The resident dog and cats were all very friendly and loved our cuddles
The bus stop was at the bottom of the drive and it was only 2 Euros to Skiathos town, great for shopping and exploring.
The supermarket was at the bottom of the drive and was well stocked with the essentials needed for breakfasts and light meals, especially the lovely pastries.
It was only a short walk to the nearest beach which was very clean, The Beach House restaurant had lovely food and you can hire an umbrella and 2 loungers for 20 euros a day
Built amongst olive trees and roses, Takis Studios is 1.5 km from the famous Xamenos Beach in Skiathos.

We really enjoyed our stay here, it was only for two nights before we flew home but we were happy with our choice for the price. The location was a little out from the main town but we were fine to wander into town & get a taxi back (10€) it is up the most steep winding road, we walked up once & vowed never again ha ha!! The location however was so peaceful & relaxing we loved it. Pool & area clean with a snack/drink bar which we used. The breakfast was tasty plentiful & homemade. Eggs, bacon, sausage, fruit, yogurt, cereal etc. all lovely. The host was always around should we have needed anything and was so friendly & helpful. Our room was top floor with a generous balcony overlooking the airport, sea & mountains. The noise from occasional planes stopped by bedtime & never bothered us. Our room was clean, modern, lovely bathroom with toiletries, hot water & great water pressure. Soft towels & comfortable mattress. Kettle & fridge were a bonus. Quiet & efficient air con. Plenty of clothes storage & decent size room with lovely view even from sitting in bed! Little tv which if needed did have a couple of English channels/film channels. The quality of the room, lovely breakfast & pool with views made up for being slightly out of town. If I went back I would consider renting a car/scooter to get to & from town but taxis were readily available & between 4 of us really not expensive at all. Thankyou for a lovely stay.

The Location was absolutely fantastic, Il Posto the cafe next door was absolutely fantastic also where the staff work so hard and are so friendly despite how busy they are, friendly owner and room cleaned daily were spotless fair play to the lady, I would have no hesitation recommending this property to anyone apartment fully air conditioned also

Simple but comfortable and clean with everything I needed for my holiday . Cleaned every day with fresh laundry etc. . Very convenient for the town and also bus station for travel round island .superb airport service - met on arrival and dropped off on return - much appreciated and efficient . Villa Nefeli is definitely a game changer! The host is responsive, and attentive and communicative. They offer so many amenities! One of the best properties we've ever stayed at! We travel to Skiathos several times a year and Villa Nefeli is one of the top villas we have rented. The lounge area around the property were perfect for our group. The views are unmatched and the bedrooms are well-appointed and extremely comfortable. We will definitely return! Our stay at Villa Jasmine was just wonderful! Amazing view over the aegean see and red skies at sunset. Everything in the Villa is of high quality and decorated with lots of style and taste. Now we look back at two wonderful vacations in villa Jasmine. A new build modern house with very much comfort. The pool with exciting view over the landscape its in very good condition. The second stay was like coming home. We plan to return next year.
