Location of the property, although at the top of a hill, was very close and an easy walk to town - especially in the evening.
The whole complex was extremely quiet, calm and relaxing. The swimming pool maintenance was exceptional, I’ve never seen a pool so beautifully constructed and maintained. The grounds were immaculate. The only thing out of place was the odd ant on the pathway.
The apartment itself was beautifully appointed, exquisitely decorated and very well thought out for all amenities.

The apartment was next to Zavia beach, a small but nice beach. Quite a handful of other pleasant beaches were at a max. 10 minute drive. Also, 5 min drive from the village centre, three supermarkets very close, accessible and comfortable for 4 persons. The apartment was cleaned daily (even during the weekend), and the service lady was always very polite.
Everything was great. Clean apartment , well equipped. Very nice pool, only few steps to the beach which is also lovely and perfect for swimming. The place is quiet and perfect for relaxation. There is a village close in about 5min with car, so you can buy everything you need there. The host was very kind, helpful and just wonderful, he gave us gifts and also water for our way back home. We will definitely come back here!
Villa Rena is a great location for a holiday. The 5 bedroom house can accomodate up to 10 persons and there are 2 separate bathrooms and an additional shower. The kitchen is fully equiped.
The yard is awesome with 2 parking spaces, covered, a large garden and a great pool. Thr garden is very intimate. Our host was very thouthfull and answered to all our questions, being available almost immediately. It is a greatplace to come back!
Everything was better than i thought. Nice people to talk. Very hospitable person. Once we arrived he was very friendly to explain and inform us in details about option where to go and enjoy as much as we can the public beaches and other facilities within Sivota village and beyond.

The villa is in a lovely spot, just a few minutes walk from Bella Vraka beach and an easy (but steep) walk into the town.
The villa has a lovely shady outside area with comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs. The pool is very clean and there are good sun beds (with beach towels provided) by the pool. The kitchen is very well equipped and the wi-fi is fine. Parking is private and right by the door to the property. The air-conditioning is possibly the best we have ever had in a holiday home - it just works!
The villa was well equipped with everything you need. The swimming-pool was very nice to spend an afternoon there or a whole day. The manager was very welcoming and explained everything in detail.
An incredible experience! We had a wonderful experience at Villa Stella Maris. We were welcomed by the owner with wine, fruit juice and fresh fruit. The villa was very modern and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Everything was clean. Since we wanted to make the most of the last day, a late check-in was offered free of charge. The location of the villa was also ideal, in a few minutes you could reach the supermarket, the beaches near Syvota and the town center. Thank you for everything! Until next time!!
This is the best villa to Syvota , perfect stay for couples ,cleen roms with perfect smell ,very simple check in ,the city center is accessible by foot , you can use the pool for free is very relaxing to stay after the beach , i will come back here to stay more longer for sure
The private pool was our favourite thing about the property, it was great. The view from the balcony in the evening was amazing. The location was good, close enough to town and to some nice beaches. The villa was clean and well appointed. We enjoyed our stay in Sivota.
The location of the property was excellent, technically just in front of the sea, where you can find also comfortable sun beds. The view from our villa was picture worthy, especially during the sunset! Really recommend to everyone. Also a big up to the staff, in particular Kleo who was always very keen to help for everything that we asked. Thank you Kleo!
