Small.but cozy room with very nice layout and a small but very practical kitchenette.

The flat was very nice and comfortable, for two it is perfect. The cleaning is done every single day, this makes everything more comfortable because every time you come back from the beach you find everything perfectly clean. The pool was great, and the beach a 5 minute walk really nice and comfortable.
The owners of the house are very kind and courteous, always smiling and friendly, we had a great time!

We loved everything - the location of the infinitely cozy villa, the magnificent bird's eye view of Skopelos Chora and the sea, the fresh green conifers the villa is nestled in and the neat pool out front. The villa apartment we stayed in was equipped with everything we needed for a pleasant and hassle-free stay, the cleanliness was uncompromising, and the hosts are extremely kind, responsive, caring and at the same time discreet and unobtrusive. This was our second family vacation to Skopelos Island and it certainly won't be our last, we hope to have the great opportunity to stay at Villa Evelyn again.

Beautiful room and view, with a balcony to sit on. Very convenient kitchen area and friendly staff. Very close to a lovely restaurant and beach, and only a ten minute drive from the main village of the island.
Spiros and Regina were a lovely and kind couple and the villa contained much nice porcelain. Too good to be left in a rental house! Comfortable and ultra clean. No breakfast was included as mentioned.
The Villa is spacious with a great location up to the hill above Skopelos old city. You got a stunning view, its very quiet, you are sorrounded by a green area. The pool is very clean and the host is very customer oriented. Everything was perfect!

An amazing accomodation in a beautiful location, hosted by the sweetest family. The room was perfect in size, with a cozy balcony and facilities outside to have breakfast. The garden of the villa is very green with nice shadows and beautiful landscape. The hosting family was amazing, they were always very happy to chat with us in the beginning or the end of the day, even though we had language barriers. Overall, we had a great experience and an amazing stay in Skopelos. I can definitely recommend it!🥰

Athena is a very courteous and friendly host! The Villa Peparethos is simply wonderful. A fantastic view over the green hills of Skopelos, Watching the sun going down from the terrace ist amazing. The house was totally clean and the beds are comfortable. Lovely decorations in greek style (porcelain), pictures on the walls - it makes you feel like home.
If there might be a problem Athena is always reachable to solve it. Highly recommend!
