The house is located 5-10' north of the port of Myrina, in the village of Kaspakas. The nearest beach is 5' or less by car and has shallow waters and fine sand, ideal for kids. The house itself is chilly during the evening, has a nice yard to enjoy a coffee and makes us feel like home. The neighborhood is really quiet and all you can hear is birds. Highly recommended!

Best view ever, and a shaded balcony (with super comfortable chairs!) where you can spend most of the day. Surrounded by a pretty and well maintained garden, with birds singing like crazy, early in the morning. And a small but smart kitchennette that provided everything you need (and beyond). What I also liked is that a lot is that there is a broom in the room, so after coming back from the beach you can simply sweep and enjoy a clean floor rather than wait for someone to do it for you - it’s a minor thing but I do appreciate it a lot.

The place is tucked away which is really nice. Lots of parking. A bit bigger than a typical apartment in the same price range. Great value for money.
