Very peaceful, central base for exploring the whole island. / All necessary facilities in nearby Potamos. / Fabulous figs from the tree adjacent to the house. And the owner Claire who was super-helpful and knowledgeable about everything on the island, and even helped us sort out an issue with our ferry booking before we left.

The Stone House was charming, calming and centrally located - a perfect spot from which to discover all Kythira has to offer, or to just unplug and relax. Claire was outstanding. Her hospitality, professionalism, kindness exceeded expectations and made Kythira the most favorite part of my long trip to Greece, and a destination to which I'll inevitably return again and again.

We loved the location of the property. It was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, supermarkets and everything that the village had to offer. It was especially good when staying at festival time as we could just walk to the square to access the dancing and festivities. Stravros and his staff were so welcoming, we would definitely stay again.

Very comfortable and well equipped apartment at walking distance from Potamos. Cool even without turning on the A/C in high temperatures due to the thick stonewalls. The roof terrace is great for stargazing.The hosts are very friendly and make you feel at home. Highly recommended!

The accommodation is located in a quiet village, it is clean, it has all the necessary amenities, and the owners are very kind and helpful. There are supermarkets and restaurants a short drive away, and you can reach any of the best beaches on the island in between 10 to 30 minutes.
