The villa is amazing. It's so new and tastefully done up. From the overall layout, choice of fixtures and fittings, furniture to small touches - everything speaks quality and is so beautiful. The infinity pool is large, cleaned on a daily basis and so welcoming. It's a jewel of a villa, five star accommodation in a great setting.

We spent four wonderful days at the villa. Nikos and his team did everything possible for our comfort. We had planned a small wedding ceremony in Kefalonia and Nikos cordially allowed us to host the event at the villa. Since it is not the season and on this particular day there were no other guests and we did not bother anyone. 1. Beautiful, breathtaking view. You will drink your coffee overlooking beautiful Zakynthos and enjoy the view of the Ionian Sea as it changes color throughout the day. 2. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need. You can also enjoy high quality tableware and decor. 3. Bedrooms with beautiful views and one of them has a jacuzzi on the balcony. 4. Our villa was divided into two separate apartments, which is very convenient for two families. 5. Nikos and his team are available 24/24. That is, all your questions will be resolved without delay. 6. We received so much warmth and care, as if we were visiting close relatives! Here we truly felt the famous Greek hospitality! Nikos, Thanos, we are immensely grateful to you for your concern!

Comfortable house for the family of 4. House is nice and clean. Well equipped kitchen, washing machine in the bathroom. Large terrace with a beautiful garden. We had a wonderful holiday in Kefalonia. Thank you to the whole Pavlos family.

very cozy and comfortable place with amazing sea views. situated in a quiet place sorrounded by a very nice nature setting. the host received us with groceries and lunch with local wine :) he was super kind and helpful throughout all our stay the house is equipped with EVERYTHING you might need, great towels and bed linen. the bed is super comfortable and there lots of places to chill an relax watching the sea ;)

Very nice property, the room has a smart tv, the kitchenette has a wide range of kitchen utensils, and the AC units were working very well. It has a balcony with a nice view. The owner and staff were friendly.
