The room was nice and it had everything we needed. Everyday when we leave for the beach the staff would tidy our room, and they changed bedsheets and towels every third day. The location is very good since you are only few metres away from the beach and main street where are most of the restaurants. We had a parking spot available as well. Excellent location, on a hill, not too close to main town. A very short walk to restaurants and a very useful grocers shop . The beach is about a 15 minute walk. It’s a pleasant walk past shops, restaurants and cafes/bakeries. A beautiful view from our balcony. Peaceful and quiet. Our host met us with keys and a bottle of wine ! He was always available, friendly and helpful throughout our stay . The room was cleaned daily to a very high standard. The old town of Nikiti is nearby and is really good to have a walk. Very few cars and lots of beautiful houses.

The structure is incredible, and the staff is even more impressive. The location is close to several beaches and the village, offering a unique view of the sea behind. What truly sets this place apart is the hosts, who assisted us with a car issue, making everything much easier for us!
The owners of Villa Askamnya are very nice and involved. They have a garden full of olive trees, figs and leanders. I think the swimming pools will be a great attraction, they were still working on some places, but everything was functional. The breakfast was generous, with many fresh fruits from the own garden. The beach is close.
Absolutely amazing place! Wonderful view, fantastic house and great location, a bit off the crowded (but beautiful) Nikiti beach and still close enough to the sea, restaurants and shopping.
The villa was very nicely decorated and had everything we needed plus there is a nice common area for grill and chill as well as garden where you can pick fresh herbs.
Beach stuff like umbrellas was free to borrow if you want to go to one of the many beaches in the area without beach clubs and sunbeds.
Loved the village feel - you didn’t have to leave - restaurant, beach bar, sunbeds, ocean, boutique / deli shop, ice cream bar. gym, yoga classes, outdoor play area, bike rentals. Every detail has been curated and not to mention the FOOD!! The food is stunning!

This place is a perfect holiday home. Located in the heart of Nikiti, close to restaurants, promenade, Nikiti beach and to super-markets. It is very clean, has AC in all the rooms and the beds are so comfortable. We enjoyed spending our vacation here and we highly recomend this place. Great for familys, it has 3 bedrooms.
Lovely spacious, modern holiday home. Good kitchen and bathroom. Living space space was large and comfortable and the AC throughout was much appreciated during the heatwave. Bug screens on all windows and doors was a great touch. Location was nice and quiet and about 10 mins walk to the promenade with lots of restaurants and beach. Shops and supermarket also quite close.
