Very well maintained, beautiful, has everything you need from cooking facilities , marvelous view, perfect garden even playing cards:) The host and his family were carrying, especially Anna. We found the fridge stuffed with all you need for breakfast- eggs, milk, yogurt, jam, ham, cheese, bread, butter .. enough for our stay. We enjoyed all our dinners with the perfect sunset view. The place is great for two families - it has one room and another two but connected with a curtain so it was ok for us as we are a family but might be a problem if there are three couples. We enjoyed our stay as we like the quiet and beautiful relaxing atmosphere. It should be great for a party location as well as loud music will not be a problem as there are no hoses around only olive gardens. The restaurant in the square of the near village Neohori was great for dinner. The owner of the villa has a restaurant at one of the beaches which we highly recommend:)

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the owners in a comfortable environment that instantly made us feel at home. One of the highlights of our stay was undoubtedly the exceptional breakfast they provided for us. Each morning, we were treated to a delectable spread of freshly prepared dishes that catered to all tastes and preferences. The owner's culinary skills were truly remarkable, and the breakfast became a delightful ritual we eagerly looked forward to each day. What truly set this accommodation apart, however, was the owner's genuine kindness and eagerness to assist us. They went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience, providing us with invaluable recommendations and insider tips on the best places to visit in the area. Their warm and friendly behavior created a welcoming atmosphere that made our stay even more enjoyable. This beautiful house adorned with timeless decorations also boasted a beautiful garden, decorated with vibrant flowers, offering a true oasis of tranquility. The natural shadows provided a peaceful retreat, and the presence of a hammock added an extra touch of relaxation. Additionally, the convenience of a dedicated area in the back yard for drying our clothes was a thoughtful addition that further enhanced our comfort. The accomodation is located in the center of the picturesque Neochori village having within a mere 1-2 minutes of walking distance two minimarkets, two taverns with delicious Greek food served under the shade of secular trees, and a bar with a spectacular view. Overall, this accommodation was excelled in every aspect, from cleanliness, comfort and a delightful breakfast to exceptional hospitality and a picturesque garden. This place truly exceeded our expectations and left us with cherished memories.

Very nice place, everything still new, all accessories you could need, very nice view of the sea and excellent value for money. The owner is a very nice old lady that used to be a French teacher.

We had the most wonderful time at Spiros Apartments. Spiros himself was away but communicated effectively and quickly by phone. We were looked after by Spiros' parents, who were extremely welcoming, generous, and helpful. The apartment itself is spacious, well equiped, clean, and good value for the price. The garden is also very beautiful, calm, and relaxing. There is a fantastic taverna 5 minutes away by foot (Balkoni), which has a fresh menu every day and completely delicious food. There are also several amazing beaches nearby, including Labinou and Kalamaki (you realistically need a car to get to them - you can walk to Kalamaki beach but it's a little way by foot). And of course there is the rest of the Pelion to explore, which is totally gorgeous and Kalamaki is a good base, with an easy drive to beaches on the east and west coasts (when the east coast is windy, head west!). We can't wait to stay again - highly recommended!
