Awesome apartment in Nafpaktos with great view over the village. You can see the ocean, castle and the big bridge from Patra. 10min walk down to the centre, 15min up the hill back home 😀 2 big bed rooms. Bathroom with separate shower and separate toilet. Fantastic and huge living room with kitchen.
What can I say! The property was fabulous in a great location such a comfortable villa we had nice weather too, so Lidl 5 minutes by car and we had lovely outdoor meal. If I was being picky I would say maybe a big sharp knife wouldn’t go amiss and some washing tablets for washing machine
A great and spacious villa by the sea. The quality of the all the materials was impressive. We profited both from the sea and by the large common pool. The location is just 4Km from downtown Nafpaktos which you can cover easily by car and is extremely calm and quiet. The welcome by George and his availability for all our little questions made our stay really enjoyable.
The apartment was tastefully decorated and completely equipped with everything we needed. The host was beyond gracious and made us feel as if we were home! We will definitely return there and have recommended Venetiko Villas to our family and friends. This is how a vacation rental should be run!!! Niko could teach other property owners the way to run an establishment.
The villa is really lovely, awesome kitchen, really large living areas and perfect for a family, or two. The pool separates each villa, so best to book both, so strangers aren't swimming in your lounge room. The view is beautiful and the grounds are well looked after. It is comfortable, beds are a bit short, AC is not well placed, yet the villa is clean and new. Kind owner who is very generous and on hand, nearby.
All of the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome, to make sure we were comfortable, to tell us about the best local restaurants and local attractions of interest. The position of the hotel was excellent, with easy access to the beautiful old harbour and good proximity to the castle which was a walk up through the village.
Great location, in a small village not far from nafpaktos, very quiet but in the distance of 10 minutes by car from the city centre. New building, expensive furniture, impressive decorations, barbeque place, parking in the yard, many flowers outside and inside the house; exceptional collection of herbs for cooking; everything for coffee including coffee machine, french press, Greek coffee and instant coffee; 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms were very well equipped for long stay, cats' friendly and kids' friendly
Cosy new apartment. Everything clean tidy. Perfect for two persons. Quiet street not in the center of village where noisy night life.

Super-friendly & helpful host. The place is gorgeous & spacious. The location is great. Trust me, you don't want to live inside Nafpaktos; too much noise & traffic. Whereas in this villa you can really relax and enjoy the countryside, the clean air, be close to nature, have your kids play around without worrying and in general enjoy your stay.
We will definitely choose the same, when we decide to visit Nafpaktos again.
