We booked a 12 day stay with a garden view room at this property. We also had close friends staying at the same location and they were able to place our rooms next to each other. The hotel is very clean inside and out, it’s quiet as it sits off the main road giving you some privacy and the owners and workers are amazing and work hard to provide you with the best service and experience during your stay. We had a nice size balcony that we enjoyed in the morning eating our pasties and at night after a long day. You have a 1-minute walk to the beach (basically walk across the street) with free chairs and umbrellas to pick from at your convenience and has a restaurant on the beach side with plenty of tables and shade to enjoy a coffee in the morning and your dinners at night. In our 11 days at the beach, we never had an issue with finding a spot and I never felt crowded as there is plenty of space and beach. You also get beach service all day long from the Vanilla restaurant, so you don't have to leave your chair to grab a drink or food. What more can you ask for!!! I would recommend this Hotel and tell you that Loukas and his family will make your stay one you will not ever forget.

Olive tree villa is little piece of heaven.
Surrounded with beautiful nature and amazing view. Peaceful place with guaranteed privacy. One thing is certain, next summer we'll come again.
The location was good, in a small village, but accessible by car in max 30 min both Parga and Preveza or Lefkada.
The hotel is very nice and clean, the rooms are small and cozy, the bathroom is also small, but it is ok.
The paid breakfast was really good. The pool is also ok (not so big, but enough for kids).
The staff was really friendly and ready to help.
A spectacular Villa with dip pool. The view was breathtaking, and the villa itself was stunning. What made it even better was our host, ‘Evi’ who met us at the property and ensured we were very well looked after. Her kind nature was wonderful. And she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. We miss her and the Villa already! Hope to return next year.
The villa is close to the sea, supermarket and Greek restaurants. It has a luxurious design and everything you need for a wonderful stay. Comfortable beds, great view, great decor. If I Will only just go back...... Thanks again Evi!
A last minute booking for 2 days, luxury 2 bed villa with a great plunge pool, 200m from the main drag, with lots of tavernas and bars. Beach was fantastic, nice mix of club vibe or more simple beach beds to hire.
It is a new set of 3 villas, will come back one day and have no doubt that they will be much sought after!
Had a fantastic dinner of shrimp and sole at Akrogialia as well.
