Location was perfect. Within walking distance of the centre and near Lixouri ferry. However we only stayed the one night so couldn't comment any further on the area. It is very good value for money if you're looking for somewhere nice clean to lay your head.

Ammos Villa was perfect for our first trip to Kefalonia. Fantastic, spacious rooms and great location. We loved the private pool and the open plan living. We enjoyed visiting the bars and restaurants which are just a short walk from the property in either direction. Property was very quiet and very well equipped. Great communication from the host and very responsive.

The villa was even better than it looks in the photos - spacious with high ceilings and a beautiful, lit up pool.
Babis and his team are so welcoming and helpful, even offering us lifts places at times.
A really quiet location with small strip of sand within a few minutes walk of the villa that extends all the way into town (15 minute walk) and widens in places. Lepeda beach is a 20 minute walk the other direction - lovely little beach with taverna on the sand. Naturally made children’s swimming area - shallow almost completely enclosed water - then also open sea section.
If it’s too hot to walk, taxis to town are only €7 - the reception can call them and they’re there in minutes.
We were here peak season - august - and it was still quiet in the area and so relaxing.
Their taverna serves lovely food in a peaceful ocean-view seating area.

The location was ok, 40 minutes drive from Argostoli, but 10 minutes from Lixouri.

I stayed 13 nights at Villa Elena. Everyday cleaning. Is the first time when the cleaning of the apartament was done with such an accuracy. Spacious apartment with everything you need inside. The person at the reception was very helpful, great English. the location is just less then 10 min from Lixoury. I really recommend Villa Elena!
Gorgeous villa with excellent pool and facilities. Everything we wanted. The outdoor facilities were excellent. The daily maid service was a surprise and the staff were so lovely all of the time. Especially the owner and Jolene at the pool bar.
Location was great. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. The air conditioning was excellent and although some items of furniture were a little worn, overall the facilities were very good the villa was cleaned regularly and supplied with fresh towels and linen
The location on the tip of the island, and the excellent people working there, are the main attributes of this resort. The mediterranean sea is litterally outside your door, book a villa at the seafront for the best experience.
The staff is always at your service morning, lunch and dinner. They do everything to make you feel at home and very weel taken care of. For a family this is highly recommended, espicially if you like a rustique and authentic holiday in greece.
Nice host, beautiful view. It is close to Lixouri town (5 min) and also 25min to Atheras beach which is wonderful, 15 min to Xi beach. Next to the villa lives host's mom who is very nice and kind.
The villa is very spacious, equipped with everything one needs in a house. We enjoyed every spot around the house, great views towards the sea, pool big enough for swimming.
