location in the center of the town, 3 km from the lake and near taverns and local sweets store. very kind staff, gave us recommendations and answered all our questions. the room was welcoming, the beds comfortable and the towels fluffy. we didn't have breakfast included, but in the morning we had coffee and homemade cake and cookies. It was very clean and comfortable, the host was friendly. The room was very spacious.

I liked very much the communication provided by the owner. He was able to recommend local restaurants that suited all price ranges. Panos was also keen to provide details that would assist is in any travel plans we had such as visiting Bulgaria. This is a beautiful part of the world and we highly recommend the guided boat tour at the lake. The accommodation has its own private roof area which was wonderful to sit out on in the morning and watch the nesting storks and beautiful mountain scenery. The flat is on the third floor on the building; there is a quiet local bar on the ground floor which we found great to have a quiet drink and a place play board games. The bar closes at 10pm. We had 3 people in the flat and it was snug with the additional person. However, it was only a place for us to sleep and it was wonderful to expose our adult son to my nocturnal snoring! The accommodation represents excellent value for money and the local knowledge imparted by the owner was very useful.
It is a perfect hotel for a stop on the way to or from mainland Greece or the islands.

Nice place to stay a night if you travel transit. Located in a village next to Kerkini lake. Large room with nice balkony view to the lake and to the mountain. Very nice taberna in the building on the other side of the street, you can eat fresh fish from the lake. A lot of parking spots.
If you are lucky, you will be able to watch many different birds around the lake.
