Amazing studio with beautiful view in undiscovered bay! Our room was perfectly clean, big enough and full of staff you can need while travelling. You can sit in the garden or just in front of your room, and enjoy the sea view. Owners were very friendly also. We definetely recommend Louiza!

The property is located within the castle, right next to Saint George Church. It’s about an 8-9 minute walk from the ferry landing, 4-5 minutes from the harbour, and just 1-2 minutes from the small square in the castle. Its placement on a quiet street makes it the perfect spot for staying in the city. The apartment is clean. Being a stone structure, you can immediately feel the temperature difference when you step inside, even during hot weather. The rooms have high ceilings and large, beautiful windows. The room I stayed in even had a small terrace. When you open the windows across each other, a lovely breeze flows through the room, making air conditioning unnecessary.
There are also thoughtful touches like extra water in the fridge, and both filter coffee and Greek coffee with all the equipment needed to prepare them. Maria, the host, is incredibly kind and helpful. She lives in the apartment building just across the street, so she's easily accessible if needed. They even allowed me to leave my luggage until my ferry departure time.
Overall, I felt completely at home during my stay. I will definitely choose this place again when I return. Thank you so much!

The apartment is very comfortable and clean. It has a wonderful view of sunset. As a family with two children, we have enjoyed it very much. The host Nikos is very helpful and caring. The nearby Lithion beach has a very clear water and white sand, and hosts some nice sea food restoraunts. One word of caution: Do not rely on Google map navigation when you want to find your way in Lithi village. Many roads in the village are not roads but simply drive ways blocked by parked cars.
Mastiha welcomed us with a wonderful view in the village of Lithi. It's a magnificent house, very comfortable for four people, and has everything you need to feel at home while on vacation. Nicos and his dear wife were such great hosts that from the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything felt smooth, comfortable, and like a sweet dream. If you ever visit Chios Island, we definitely recommend you don't miss this house. <3 Thank you so much again!
We had a great stay here. It was just what we were looking for. It was quiet, a lovely beach, clean room, a delicious breakfast. We would stay here again. It was our first time to Chios and we had just planned to rent a scooter for transportation. However, it is a larger island, with bigger mountains, than we anticipated. So, we ended up renting a car so that we could visit other villages and beaches.
Amazing and extremely clean house. The location was ideal, nearby the square of the village and the sea. And not to mention the breathtaking view😍The hosts welcomed us with joy and gave us information about the island. Highly recommended for families, couples and friends. I would definitely choose it again in th future.

Hotel is located at the west coast of the island which is closed to medieval Mastic villages.
You can find the best beach in Chios just a few steps away from your room.
Rooms are comfortable and spacious, exceed our expectations as a family of four.
And the hotel staff; we haven't seen a more friendly staff before. Angie and Stephanie helped us a lot and prepared a surprise for our elder son's birthday.
