Hotel is in an exceptional location and as others have said, the views are incredible. The owners are just delightful - they also own the mini mart downstairs and so are always around if you need anything. The marketing shots make the rooms look more boutique than what they are however that shouldn't stop you staying there - it's more for you to set your expectations. Could do with a few more bits and pieces around the kitchen. Beds and pillows are comfy and the aircon works perfectly. Walking distance to Laganas Beach and the craziness that it holds. This location however, is perfect for those looking for something a little more relaxed. Recommend.

The accommodation is fantastic! We have been to many places in the world, but this was one of the most beautiful. Renting a car is definitely necessary, otherwise it is difficult to get around. Christine, the host, is friendly and kind. There was food and drink waiting for us in the fridge, and he gave us a gift when we left. Important!: it is worth booking on the hotel's website, because the price is significantly better, and the booking was incorrect with us during the booking, which was very annoying.

We went there as a group of 4, and it was everything we needed and more.
It has 2 rooms, they were very clean, and with everything you could need: ac, clean towels, blow dryer
The kitchen was fully equipt too, if anyone wants to coock. We only made some coffee
The ladys there are very sweet. She stays is the room next, but never once did she bother us
She doesnt speak english at all, but try her best to help, in the mornigs gave us fresh fruits, and cold water and was just full of life
It truly made me feel the greek culture!
The garden is amazing! You can sit and enjoy the sun or the night sky. We saw 4 falling stars at once

Amazing location 2 min walk to the secluded beach. 5 min walk to koukla mini market. The host Anta was very kind , even invited for dinner and took the the most amazing traditional secret Greek music night and took us to see sea turtle’s and gave us a tour and other amazing tips while our stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Leeda's Village very much. We loved the quiet and chilling atmosphere and the use of local products....it was like a modern farm surrounded by olive trees. The receptionist was so friendly and helpful and helped us with everything we needed.
There is plenty of space outside with different seating areas and a nice BBQ area. The pool is a good size and pleasantly refreshing even in 40 degrees! . There are 3 good sized en-suite bedrooms. 2 with TV and Netflix.
Plenty of seating and space inside the villa. The 2 upstairs bedrooms both have nice balconies front and back useful when needing some shade.
We had a perfect week at Vafias Villa. The accommodation is so beautiful and the location is perfect!! Short walk down to the beach and some delicious local restaurants, but far enough away that it is secluded and private.
Anna was so helpful, left us fresh eggs and vegetables, and local olive oil, and was always on hand for any questions we had, The owners also went above and beyond and installed a handrail for us! We would recommend this villa to anyone, we had the best time and would love to come back again. Thank you
The house is amazing and offers all you need. The owners are super friendly and are super helpful to get you to nice places like restaurants and others. During our stay, they also completely cleaned the house once, including all towels. This is something you won't see other villas do. This gives you a really luxurious feeling and is much appreciated. Every day the swimming pool is cleaned. We highly recommend the villa, and we would like to come back!
Stunning property, beautiful view, great owner and staff. Place is in pristine condition and anything missing was taken care of by the owner right away. I have nothing bad to say about my stay in the balcony villa, great value for money when you are with a group.
